How to use inGin in few easy steps
• Add Pickup/Destination address from map (or select from favourite address or route)
• Choose mode of transport.
• Click Search.
App will search for nearby driver and display location, photo and driver’s mobile number.
• On trip completion pay fare and TIP (as calculated by app) to driver.
• Rate driver and app performance.
Note:
• In addition to fare charged by the driver, an additional TIP calculated by the app is payable to inGin and is collected directly by the driver. Rate of TIP calculation (Rs/km - depending on mode of transport chosen) is presented to user before use of ‘Search’.
• Use of GPS can drain the battery. Use of internet and related payments as per terms of service provider. App works better on a 3G/4G connection.
• inGin network provides a digital platform to introduce app user and service provider (driver). It has no ownership or contract of employment with driver and is not responsible for his action or inaction.
